16px;">经查，涉事企业销售负责人万某、危险废物处置经办人杨某，在明知罗某、段某无处置危险废物资质的情况下，将公司装有危险废物的27个铁桶转给二人处置。经罗某联系，熊某也参与处置，但几人并没有按照危险废物处置要求进行无害化处理，而是用塑料软管将危险废物排放在污水管网内，造成环境污染，被群众发现后弃车逃匿。</span></p><p style="text-align:
